About Services and Fees

DIRECT SERVICES: We are an in-home, educationally based program for children with developmental delays or children "at risk" for developmental delay.

A multidisciplinary team of professionals includes physical and occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, nutrition, educational psychology, behavioral intervention, parent and child education to best serve each child and family. Staff are educated to recommend activities individually or in a group.

We teach specific activities and strategies to promote development. We provide families with specific information related to their child's disability, developmental milestones, and parenting practices. Our team can assess each child from a medical, developmental, educational, and psychological perspective.

	HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
	DIRECT SERVICE FEES & ELIGIBILITY: Pediatric Services will provide direct services for families with children ages 0-3 years under the California Early Start Program or 0-16 years with private insurance, private pay, or other negotiated means.

For eligibility under California Early Start you may refer your child directly or your physician may make the referral for you. This direct service is available only in the counties of San Luis Obispo, and northern Santa Barbara. Tri-Counties Regional Center prior authorization of funding is required under the California Early Start Program.
